Who provides the service

All HVAC work is performed by Eco Air (Eco Home Services) under Florida contractor licence #CAC1814992. Orlando AC Repair is the trading name used for this website and its services.

90-Minute Arrival Guarantee

If our technician doesn't arrive within 90 minutes of a confirmed emergency dispatch in our core service area, we take $100 off your repair.

The following conditions apply:

• It applies to emergency dispatches only, not to scheduled appointments.
• It applies within our core Greater Orlando service area. Core and extended areas are listed on each service-area page.
• Time is measured from the moment we verbally confirm dispatch with you, not from your first call attempt.
• The $100 credit is applied to your invoice automatically. You do not need to request it.
• It does not apply where access is delayed by you, by a gate or building, or by conditions outside our control including severe weather, road closures and declared emergencies.
• One credit per dispatch. It cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.

Pricing and estimates

The diagnostic fee is $89 and is credited against the repair if you proceed. Repair work is quoted flat-rate before we begin, and that price does not change because the job takes longer than expected. If we discover additional faults during the work, we stop and quote them separately before continuing — you are never billed for work you did not approve.

Prices shown on this website are indicative and current at the date above. Equipment pricing changes with supply, and installation pricing depends on site conditions. A written quote is the binding figure.

Warranties

• Repairs: 30 days on parts and labour for the specific fault repaired. It does not cover unrelated failures elsewhere in the system.
• Used compressors: 30-day replacement guarantee from purchase. Conditional on correct installation — a compressor fitted without proper evacuation, a new filter drier and a correct charge is not covered.
• New equipment: manufacturer warranty terms apply, typically 10 years on parts. These generally require installation by a licensed contractor to code and registration with the manufacturer within 60 days. Registration is your responsibility unless we agree in writing to handle it.
• Our installation labour: 1 year on new system installations we perform.

Equipment sales

We sell HVAC equipment both with and without installation. If you buy equipment for self-installation, you are responsible for compliance with Florida law, local permitting, and EPA refrigerant handling requirements. R-32 is an A2L refrigerant and requires appropriate handling certification.

Federal regional efficiency standards apply in Florida: split system air conditioners under 45,000 BTU must be rated at 14.3 SEER2 or higher. We will not knowingly sell non-compliant equipment for installation in this region.

Equipment is sold subject to availability. Stock figures shown on this site are indicative and confirmed at the point of quotation.

Permits

System replacement requires a permit and inspection in Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. Where we perform the installation we pull the permit and coordinate the inspection. Where you install equipment purchased from us, permitting is your responsibility.

Financing

Financing is provided by independent third-party lenders and is subject to their credit approval. Rates, terms and eligibility are set by the lender, not by us. We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions.

Diagnostic guidance, pricing ranges and technical explanations on this site are general information for Central Florida conditions. They are not a diagnosis of your specific system. Do not rely on them in place of a technician inspecting your equipment, particularly where electrical faults, burning smells or refrigerant are involved.

Cancellation

Service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge. Maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time with no fee; monthly plans end at the close of the current month, and annual plans are refunded pro-rata for visits not yet used.
