What qualifies
Not just full replacements
Most people think financing is only for a whole new system. Larger repairs often qualify too.
Complete system replacement
Condenser and air handler together, including removal, permits and commissioning. The most common financed job by a wide margin.
Air handler or condenser only
When half the system is sound and only one side needs replacing. Cheaper overall, and still worth spreading for most households.
Major repairs
A $200 capacitor is not worth financing. A $2,000 compressor replacement often is — ask us on the call and we will tell you honestly.
Worth saying plainly
Financing is a tool, not a discount. Promotional rates are real, but they are set by the lender and depend on your credit — the headline number in an advert is the best case, not the offer. We will show you the total repaid alongside the monthly figure so you can judge it properly, and if paying cash makes more sense for you we will say so.
