Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Optional details you provide: city, property type, service needed, urgency, timeline and your description of the problem
• Your IP address and browser user-agent string
• The page you submitted from, and any advertising parameters in the URL (utm_source, gclid, fbclid and similar)

We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

To contact you about the service you requested, to schedule and carry out work, to keep records required of a licensed contractor, and to measure which advertising actually produces enquiries. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses three tracking systems:

• Google Analytics 4 — measures page views, phone-number clicks and form submissions. Set to use IP-anonymised measurement.
• Meta Pixel — a script in your browser that reports page views and conversions to Meta for advertising measurement.
• Meta Conversions API and the GA4 Measurement Protocol — server-side reporting of the same events. Where these include your email address or phone number, the values are irreversibly hashed with SHA-256 on our server before transmission. The platforms receive the hash, never the plain value.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and adjust Meta advertising settings in your Facebook account. Browser-level tracking protection and content blockers also prevent the in-browser tags from loading.

Cookies

We use cookies set by Google Analytics (_ga, _gid) and Meta (_fbp, _fbc) for the purposes above. This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Florida contractor record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per the platform's own retention settings.

Your rights

Contact us at contact@orlandoacrepair.net to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Florida residents have rights under applicable state law; where the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or similar legislation applies to us, we honour those rights.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and personal identifiers sent to advertising platforms are hashed before transmission. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.

Calls and messages

Submitting a form is your consent for us to contact you by phone, text or email about that request. It is not consent to marketing messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and standard carrier rates apply.
