Stop paying for August emergencies
Nearly every emergency call we run in July and August was preventable in April. Florida's runtime, humidity and pollen load coils and clog drains faster than anywhere else in the country — maintenance here isn't optional, it's just a question of whether you schedule it or the system schedules it for you.

FAQ
Plan questions
Usually, in three ways. A clean, correctly-charged system uses noticeably less power. Catching a weak capacitor on a scheduled April visit costs a fraction of an emergency call in August plus whatever the failure damaged. And most manufacturer warranties require documented annual service, so skipping it can cost you a claim worth thousands.
Add each additional system at a reduced rate — ask when you sign up. If you have several properties rather than several systems, the Portfolio plan is the better fit.
Yes, any time, with no cancellation fee. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for visits not yet used.
Members skip the $89 diagnostic fee entirely and get their plan discount on the repair. Complete members also go to the front of the queue during heat waves, which is when queue position matters most.
Complete plans transfer to the new owner if you sell — a genuinely useful thing to hand over at closing. Essential plans stay with you.
