Once the secondary pan is rusted through, water goes into the ceiling. On older units the pan is not separately serviceable and the handler needs replacing.
Blower motor failed
On a unit past about twelve years, a motor replacement often costs enough that putting it into a new handler makes more sense — particularly if the coil is also corroded.
Evaporator coil leaking
Formicary corrosion is very common in Florida. A leaking coil on an older R-22 or R-410A handler is usually the end of that unit.
